Meditate regularly

I am deeply convinced that if we seek external factor to solve the problem it will come with a price, whereas, if you seek internal factor(perceiving yourself) to solve your problem it will come with a reward, i.e. enlightenment. Buddha clearly quoted that "we ourselves must walk he path"!Let me explain this a little bit. So far I have had a function of being external factor for you all, but not fully! My mission is not to give you a "magic pill" and Bang: The problems are gone forever! Instead,I aspire to broaden your mind in order to become aware of the existence of "something" that cannot be explained by words , just as Buddha has said. Besides, everyone has to find his unique "magic pill" and "walk his own path"and this can be achieved only by means of MEDITATION!It will unfold your mind into the meaning of so many beautiful aspects of our existence that you have never dreamed of!


Any Meditation results are unique and have their own distinctive character and mine as well.I have my own story to tell and this is why I have started this blog in the first place, so here are my conclusions( some of them):

--- Anything in the Universe participates in the Universal Spiritual Energy( some spiritual persons also name it God or Universal Force, or Universal Psychic Energy, or  some religious teachers call it Eternal Justice ...).The Universal energy is not static, but it is constantly on the move, refreshing itself in every smallest discrete moment through its dynamics, just like a stream of water refreshes itself when running on steep slopes.(Buddha has explained this magnificently by stating that in every moment we, as a part of Universal Spiritual Energy, are born we actually die, meaning that we are not the same even in the tiniest segment of time, i.e. we continuously fluctuate). A degree to which every entity takes part in the Universal Spiritual Energy depends on the level of its self-consciousness and awareness. For example, human kind generally have the ability to be conscious and aware to a certain level, surely higher than the consciousness of lower forms, such as animals, insects, trees, viruses(viruses exist somewhere in the middle between living and non-living matter) and non-living matter(even non-living matter has its own consciousness, but it is far lower that that one of any other living matter) but probably lower than the consciousness of some developed species that exist in the Universe.Therefore, human kind have the ability to actively develop the Universal Energy by means of developing our connection with It through Meditation. This is where we must "walk our own path", one of a kind for each of us.

Unfortunately, instead of hitting the road mentioned above, we diverted our "development" into producing goods as well as their consuming which we inevitably depend on. Prefabricated food, increasing need to consume more and more, oblivious of our environment and our dependence on technology, neglecting our own role in the Universe. Repeated routines day by day become our normal pattern, subtly steering us away from our sole and ancient mission and our roots old billions of years, our mutual Universal Spiritual Energy.We have chosen wrong way of evolution, all the way.

There are billions of stars in our Galaxy, there are billions of Galaxies in the Universe and most likely there are millions of Species in the Universe that have already established strong bond with the Universal Energy and this means that these species have chosen right way for their evolution. Meditation can bring them in any corner of the Universe within a moment, while dependence on spacecraft can take us years. We invented cars, washing machines, computers to provide for our "material body's" commodity which are parting us from our Universal Mutual Spiritual Energy ,ignoring our true nature.




--- Greed is an illness  caused by some entities. It is apparent that lately we have seen increased level of greed. Some entities(human individuals) exhibit enormous level of greed through earning an enormous amount of money which give them power to control their peers. This stems from their need to separate from Universal Energy, which in turn results from their blown Ego, their individuality, their intentions to create their own separate "control" power, different than Universal energy, competitive to it. This is what I call, Artificial Evolution, not consistent to our true nature, incompatible with messages coming to human kind through enlightened persons over a long period of thousands of years. 

On many occasions in the Bible, Jesus claims that we all are children of our Father God and being His children means that He loves us unconditionally just as every father should love his own creation, his child. God does not want to lose us because by this He will lose a part of Him. This is why he has been so merciful and so persistent over thousands of years to open up our eyes not to drift apart from Him. He tries to sober us up that we are interconnected with  Him, that we by our actions influence Him as well. He and We are the same, the only difference is that we humans are not totally aware of our true nature unlike God, i.e. Universal Spiritual Energy.




---As opposed to Artificial Evolution we should embrace what really belongs to us and that is Natural Evolution, to say reconnection with our real being and let ourselves to its guidance. Through Meditation which will contribute to our reconnection we can "see" everything we need to see, "hear"everything we need to hear, "smell" everything we need to smell, "travel" everywhere we need to travel...Distances do not exist, they are only an illusion as a consequence of our limited abilities of our senses that inhabit our material body. Just like entangled particles communicate instantaneously to each other regardless of the distance between them, we can travel immediately at any direction , at any location. Material world is an illusion when you observe it from other point of view...In the real world there is no space, no time, in terms of instantaneousness!


---Do not fear from tomorrow, because you actually fear for the existence of your material body! No need to be fearful as it is a feature of lonely persons segregated from their true nature who only take care of their material existence. Let yourself go with the flow of beauty! 

---Universal Spiritual Energy has got its counterpart, referred to as Dark Spiritual Energy by modern physicists. Some religious and spiritual teachers have another name for Dark Spiritual Energy, Devil.
Universal Spiritual Energy and Dark S. Energy are in constant correlation, "fighting against each other",dynamically taking over and yielding up their control over  an entity, starting from small ones,  such as subatomic particles, through any intelligent subjects , ending at the largest objects in the Universe. Everything in the Cosmos exists in a dynamic balance, subjected to influence of these two Energies. If we mathematically add the intensities of these two Energies we will get ZERO , which matches the theory in Our 3 dimensional world (We have already conceived the concept of ZERO in our Reality only)that everything in our Reality (I underline, we have understood it only in our Reality) is  a consequence of  Big Bang, that is a singularity ZERO.



---We are inseparable part of The One.
ANY small particle such as photon, electron, proton and so on has its complex structure and in its spirituality it is not unlike anything else in the Cosmos. It is not unusual to "talk" to these particles, to get in touch with them.Many scientists believe so and they prove that by their experiments altering the overall scientific notion concerning  this issue. Ability to mentally affect water to create different forms of crystals, mentally affect a laser beam to rebound and change direction, mentally change polarization of light, mentally affect electron systems, as well as many other experiments are direct and irrefutable proofs. All entities in the Cosmos are conscious beings, from the largest Galaxies to the smallest micro-particles.

 ANY two entities(which are correlated i.e. entangled) can instantaneously communicate to each other taking opposite characteristics, to say characters.


---If either of these two energies mentioned above takes control in any spatial and time reference in the cosmos then in the same time it will cede the power in other spatial and time reference according to the Law of Conservation of energy. These two energies have the same absolute quantities, but different signs, thus hypothetically added to each other we get Nothing(example: 5+(-5)=0 i.e. -5+(+5)=0).

Consequently, If an entity anywhere in the Cosmos(for example an intelligent species in any Galaxy) grabs Universal Spiritual Energy as a guide, then there is a certain possibility that Human race on Earth will suffer the influence of Dark Spiritual Energy.The more entities other than humans inclined  towards Universal Spiritual Energy, the higher probability that humans incline towards Dark Energy.


---Hypothetically reasoning, If You as an individual meet your "Entangled" You and you both join you will annul each other.

---Once upon a time, a beautiful mind explained that We are free to choose which side we would belong to. Indeed we are free to choose, indeed we can choose to belong to Dark Energy to grab benefits we do not really need as a result of our fearfulness, we can reinforce our Ego and become powerful and influential OR, we can choose to share, unconditionally give a beauty of our boldness to all other stuff we are surrounded by.

---In essence everything is a vibration with a certain frequency, just like a song! Connect with the Song to understand it, to vibrate together with her and by this exchange portions of information. The Song will be pleased to be listened, to say understood by you and you will be moved by beautiful frequency you have just absorbed. Your principal objective should be to find your suitable frequency! In this case you will lose sense of space and time!
